Why should I choose A+ ACCESS?
Choose us because we are the best! We have excellent customer service and technical support.  We offer unlimited internet access at $11.95 from over 7300 locations.  Our web site is easy to navigate and you are always just a couple of clicks away from your destination.  We live up to your expectations each and every month.

Am I limited to a certain number of hours per month?
Your service is for unlimited internet access for one user.  We do ask that you disconnect from if you are not actively using the internet.  However, we do not require that you disconnect.

Are there any long distance charges when using A+ ACCESS?
We suggest that you check with your local phone company to make sure that the number you dial to use A+ ACCESS is a local call.  Under no circumstances will A+ ACCESS reimburse for long distance charges.

Are there any penalties for canceling the service?
No.  We never charge a cancellation penalty.  If we do not live up to YOUR expectations, then we do not deserve your business.

Can I pay monthly?
Yes!  We are so confident in our service that we do not lock you into a 3, 6 or 12-month contract.

Can I pay by check?
At this time we do not take check payments.

Can I block adult or other material?
You may use any filtering software to block material that you find objectionable or you do not want members of your family viewing.  You can download parental control software here. A+ ACCESS does not take any responsibility for the software it recommends or what users view on the internet.

Can I use my dial-up account to connect simultaneously from several computers?
No.  Only one connect session is supported. You will have to disconnect from one computer to be able to connect from another.

Can I get a 30-day free trial, or 100 free hours with A+ ACCESS?
A+ ACCESS monthly rate of $11.95 is so low we cannot offer free trials.  With the quality of service, and the value offered by A+ ACCESS, we simply can't afford to give our access away without raising everyone's price.  A+ ACCESS does not force its subscribers that pay to carry the load of the ones that don't.

Can I remain online for unlimited time without disconnecting?
A user will automatically be disconnected after 5 hours.  You can call back in and reconnect after a minute.

Does A+ ACCESS offer ISDN dial up access?
Yes. Our Multilink accounts can also be used for ISDN.

A+ ACCESS service includes 1 pop3 e-mail addresses.

How do I change my password?
Just use our convenient online form.

How fast is A+ ACCESS?
Very fast!  A+ ACCESS uses the latest in modem technology.  All A+ ACCESS connections are via 56k, V.90 compliant modems.

How often will I get a busy signal?
Not often!  A+ ACCESS does everything possible to maintain easy access to the internet.

How often does your server go down?
Not often.  Our servers are completely redundant.  When one goes down, another one picks up right where it left off.

How long does it take to get my account activated?
Accounts are activated within 30 seconds.

How do I get in touch with customer service and technical support?
They can be reached from our Customer Support Website.  Our goal is to answer all inquiries in 1-15 minutes.

I want to change to a different credit card.  How do I do this?

Is A+ ACCESS service compatible with WebTV?
Yes, you can use us to connect to the internet with WebTV. When a WebTV subscriber selects their own ISP through the Use an ISP program, they receive a discount on their monthly WebTV service subscription. Click here to see WebTV setup instructions.

I forgot my password.  How do I find out what it is?
Please e-mail customer service. We'll need to confirm the last 4 digits of your credit card number or send your password to the email address you provided during sign-up.

Spamming policies
We do not allow spamming.  Do not attempt to use us to send unsolicited bulk e-mail (spamming).  If you are found to be spamming, your account will be cancelled without refund and you will be banned from our service. We also use CALLER ID in our radius files to track the phone number that users are dialing from and we do not hesitate to track down fraudulent offenders.

What is the monthly fee?
Monthly rate for unlimited nationwide internet access is $11.95, including Hawaii, Alaska and Canada.

When do you charge my credit card?
The day you sign up becomes your Billing Cycle Date. We charge each month on your billing cycle date.

What credit cards do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.

When is A+ ACCESS customer service and technical support available?
A+ ACCESS customer service is available 24/7

Who provides A+ ACCESS with its backbone to the Internet?
A+ ACCESS utilizes the internet and frame-relay backbone of Qwest, UUNET, Telia, and StarNet.

What is my discount for pre-paying for my A+ ACCESS service?
Our monthly rate of $11.95 is so low, we cannot offer a pre-payment discount.  If you would like the convenience of prepaying for your service use the Account Update from to change your billing method.

What is the maximum email attachment size?
File size may be up to 10MB and all file types are allowed.
